Log Submission

Logs should be submitted not later than 30 days after the end of the contest. The log file format is Cabrillo. See below for an example.

NOTE: Prefer electronic, however will accept paper logs. Please see printable log sheet for paper logs. All logs must indicate: category, band, mode, date, time (UTC), calls sent and recevied and contest exchange information. Rovers must indicate in which County they were located during exchange.

Generating Cabrillo Format Files

This Cabrillo format example is a standardized file for submitting logs used by ARRL, CQ and others. The file is a text file and can be edited easily. Most logging programs will generate a Cabrillo file, but if you want to create your own the details below should help. View the source for information about Cabrillo.
